I have a deep interest in the Pioneer Valley’s history, so if you want to tell your home’s story or uncover its secrets, we can do that together! As Chairperson to the Local Historic District Commission in Holyoke, I am a bit of a house-history nerd. I appreciate architecture, and believe that knowing the history of your home gives me the best understanding of how to market it to the most viable customers. What is the historical background? Who has lived here? What might be important to look into, based on a particular home?
With a background in advertising prop styling and photo art direction, I am skilled at visually presenting your home for sale, or helping you envision living in the home you are considering purchasing. My attention to detail, understanding of advantageous or challenging trends, and my proven marketing strategy will give you the confidence in selling your home quickly, and for the highest price possible. I will listen to your needs and tailor our strategy to reflect your home and desires.
I lived in Boston and NYC prior to moving to Western Massachusetts, so helping people relocate to the Pioneer Valley is my dream job! The Valley has so much to offer. It is unique, vibrant, and full of character. I will give you perspective and tools for researching important details such as location, community, education, geography, history, and even culture. I will help you find the right home in a community where you feel you belong.
I am community-oriented. I serve on Holyoke’s Planning Board and volunteer locally. I am focused on making connections and forming relationships. This is what led me to PVM!
